Hey everyone!
I FINALLY made it to my first little city in Mexico - Playa del Carmen!! Phew! It's hot!
So up until now I've stopped in Fiji, LA, Houston and Cancun. In LA it was great cause I met some really nice people, who kept me occupied for my 10 hour lay-over that I had there. Even a girl from NZ! Plus I saw a celebrity literally as soon as I walked out of the security area with my bag. Sweeeeet.
So I've been travelling for about 40 hours now, non-stop, with no bed just plane seats to try and sleep in. That was hell. And I'm ploughing through today, so I get used to the timezone quicker.
I'm about to go and explore this quaint little town, check out the sea (which from the bus looked absolutely crystal clear, even better than Fiji!), maybe grab some water and a bite to eat.
I'll check in on you guys again soon! Until then, enjoy the end of winter as summer approaches. Woo!
